Refunds and auto-renew
What you can get back, how to ask, and how to stop paying — for card subscriptions and bank-transfer plans.
14-day money-back on your first yearly plan
If the first yearly plan you buy by card isn't right for you, write to ai@docora.io within 14 days of paying and we will refund that payment in full.
How to ask for a refund
Write to ai@docora.io from the email address you sign in with. Include the order reference shown on your order page, or the date and amount of the payment, and tell us which workspace it was for. We review each request and reply by email within 2 working days. A card refund is issued through Polar and usually reaches your card within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
What a refund does to your plan
When we refund a payment, the credits that payment gave your workspace are withdrawn and it stops adding new ones. When we refund under the money-back guarantee or a legal right of withdrawal, we also turn auto-renew off, unless you ask us to keep the plan. A refund does not by itself end your access to the plan; when you ask, tell us whether you want the plan to end as well, and our reply confirms what happens to your access.
Turning auto-renew off is not a refund
A card subscription renews automatically until you turn auto-renew off in Plan & usage. Turning it off stops future charges: your plan then runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and you can turn auto-renew back on while the current card term is running. It does not refund the current period. Bank-transfer plans are prepaid and never renew, so there is nothing to turn off.
Your legal rights
Consumer law in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Vietnam may give you rights to withdraw or end the service early. Nothing on this page limits them. Write to ai@docora.io and we will review your request.
Card payments and Polar
Card payments are processed by Polar, our reseller and merchant of record. We issue refunds of card payments through Polar. Polar shows the exact total you pay, including any tax, before you pay.
