Files are used to complete the requested PDF task. The product target is automatic deletion of uploads and results after 2 hours.
Private by default
Docora is designed so file processing is short-lived and account data is used only to run the service.
Account data
When you create an account, we store the email and authentication data needed to sign you in, sync quota, and support paid plans.
Service data
We may use basic operational logs, quota counters, and job status records to keep the service reliable, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
